Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Change of mind after delivery
Skincare products that caused personal reactions (as skin types vary)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and clear images of the product
Our team will review your request and guide you further
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
If approved, refund will be issued via:
Bank transfer, or
EasyPaisa / JazzCash
Refund processing time: 3–7 working days
5. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges in case of:
Damaged product
Wrong product delivered
6. Shipping Charges
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
In case of damaged or incorrect product, IFGBRA.pk will cover the shipping cost
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
